TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, CHANGES, AND CANCELLATION
POLICIES:
Make cashier check or money order payable to: Summit Travel
Adventures, 3701 S. Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80237. DO NOT SEND
CASH.

After your full
payment is received, a final statement will be sent to you. All reservations are
on a space-available and room type requirement basis and require payment in full
by deadline. There will be no room refunds after Deadline.
DEPOSITS
To Guarantee Room Availability: A $200 per room, non-refundable deposit can be made prior to the deadline, while there is availability, to receive a guaranteed reservation at the Host Hotel. After the deadline, all room reservation requests are on a first-come, first-serve, space available basis, require payment in full, and may be assigned to a different hotel if the host hotel is sold out.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
After deadline, and until June 17,
2012, changes to reservation will incur $75 change fee. Adding a 3rd or 4th
person to the room is not considered a change, but will incur the additional rates
for triple or double occupancy, based upon availability.
NOTE:
BEGINNING JUNE 18, 2012.
NEW RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED, BASED
UPON AVAILABILITY, AND MAY BE AT PREVAILING HOTEL RATES WITH PAYMENT IN FULL AT TIME OF
RESERVATION. ANY CHANGE TO AN EXISITING RESERVATION, INCLUDING NAME CHANGES OR
ADDING ADDITIONAL PERSONS, WILL INCUR $150.00 CHANGE FEE PER ROOM BEGINNING JUNE 18, 2012.
CANCELLATIONS.
Full refunds will be given prior to the
deadline, to the same payment source, less $200 non-refundable deposit, per
room. Refund request must be received by Summit Travel Adventures in writing
before 5:00pm MST, on the deadline. There will be no refunds for requests
received after the deadline. If your reservation is canceled due to late
payment, it may be reinstated subject to availability and a $150 reinstatement
fee.
Note: No refund on unused nights or features. Travel cancellation insurance (Click here for insurance
information and online quote) is available from Summit Travel Adventures,
regardless of country of origin, and it is strongly recommended at time of
booking.
DISCLAIMER:
Summit Travel Adventures (Operator) in consideration for
participant's payment agrees to provide this travel tour. The Operator does not
own nor operate, nor is it an agent for any of the firms which will provide
goods and services for the trip or for any options which may be available in
connection with the trip and occasional hotel/airline over booking. Accordingly,
participants agree to seek remedies directly with the supplier, including travel
insurance company, and not hold the Operator liable.
